No I am not talking about someone having a baby, what I am talking about is a reflection on the 9 months past since my mayor gave a letter to the then council prior to the vote on the 2008 budget. Take a minute and read through this collection of ideas and thoughts the mayor had and see how you feel things have panned out. Now some of the financial woes the city will be facing are the same as other towns and cities in Indiana will face, but the one a resident of Beech Grove should be concerned with most is Beech Grove.
I hope the current council will read this because before long they too will be asked to approve another of JW’s budgets.
